LetterCrew is an early-access design-and-quote tool. You build a crew shirt design and save it; there are no payments on the site today. If you want to order, we get in touch by email with a personal price quote based on your design and the fabric options that fit.
You keep the design you save. We store it so you can come back to it and share it with your crew via the join link. Anyone you send that link to can claim a shirt in your design.
When you save a design, you're agreeing to receive product emails from us — mainly the design copy, the share link, and the price quote. You can unsubscribe from marketing follow-ups at any time; transactional emails about a specific design will still reach you.
This is early access. We can't guarantee the service will be available 24/7, that all fabrics or colors will always be in stock, or that every design can be produced. If something you saved isn't printable, we'll tell you honestly and refund any deposit (once payments exist).
We currently ship to US addresses only. Shipping is included in the per-shirt price shown on the shirt-tier selection.
You keep all rights to the crew names and messages you type. We only use them to produce your shirts and to display your design back to you and your crew.
No hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, or infringement of someone else's trademarks. We may refuse to print any design that crosses these lines — with a full refund if a deposit was involved.
We may update these terms as the product grows out of early access. Material changes get a heads-up email if you've saved a design with us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA (placeholder — will be finalized before we start taking payments).
