Your email address, an optional first name, the design you build (message, colors, font, chosen shirts), the size and display name each crew member picks via the share link, and a handful of anonymous product-usage events (which buttons you tapped, which step you advanced from). Nothing beyond that.
So we can save your design and let you come back to it, send the share link to your crew, email you a personal price quote for your shirts, and understand which parts of the site are working (or not) so we can improve them.
Design and event records live in a Supabase (Postgres) database in the US. Emails are sent through Resend. When Meta Pixel is enabled, page views and conversion events are also shared with Meta so we can measure ads. That's the full list of processors — no other third parties see your data.
Ever. We don't share it with brokers, advertisers (beyond the pixel above, which is only aggregated performance signal, not personal profiles you can be identified by), or partners.
Email hello@lettercrew.co from the address you used to save a design and we'll delete every trace of it within 7 days. No hoops.
We use browser localStorage to keep your in-progress design safe across page refreshes. When Meta Pixel is enabled it also drops its own cookies. No other tracking cookies.
